A little backstory on how this came to be, I met Sarah at Coffee Cartel during a poetry night in Redondo Beach. She was speaking about her experiences with anxiety, depression, and overcoming low points in her life so I just had to ask if she’d like to collaborate for a podcast for you guys since I know that many of you struggle with these challenges as well!
