Federal employees making allegations of discrimination by their agency, whether against themselves or others, are not entitled to whistleblower protection, the Merit Systems Protection Board ruled recently. In the ruling, the MSPB also wrote that these feds also cannot seek remedies through the same paths as other whistleblowers.
