Live Your RAW Life~ Episode #22 | Awaken Your Divine Wisdom To Empower Self Healing and Live Your Love With Anne Gerber Live Your RAW Life

    • Alternative Health

“Awaken your divine wisdom to empower self healing and live your love. If I break that down, so if we look at just kind of the “divine wisdom” aspects of that. That is that part of us that we have all of these, energetically if we are looking at our system, wisdom centers within our body that really tell their own story. But, we’ve just been disconnected from those centers through society's ideals, and through just the policies, and the way we live. And really just the change of our culture from being centered around living with the rhythms of the seasons, living in family pods or units where we are having to care for one another. So that’s where that divine wisdom piece came, it’s like WOW our bodies natural ability to heal! Where did we lose that sight and when did we become dependent upon looking externally and outside of ourselves for that healing?”
This week Rachel is joined by Anne Gerber from Divine Roots Healing. She shares how her children became her teachers that guided her to the path she is on now. The path of helping people heal through oils, food, and the energetic centers.
They talk about the healing properties of energy work, along with working with the energy lines of the body. This is a long term practice and personal energy lines can become affected by a variety of experiences. A big one is food. Therefore, the conversation includes food and seasons, the energy of each specific season as well as foods to match them.
The conversation also flows into how trauma can get trapped in the body and its connection to the Black Lives Matter movement. We all have a role to play and are connected to this movement. Tapping into the mind, body, and spirit connection can help heal the global collective.
Working with Anne will allow you to become more open to how each of these aspects play a role in your life. Connect with her through her website and sign up for her newsletter.
