Rachel shares how one of her dear friends challenged her to say “I am curious” rather than “I am worried.” This challenge and shift of awareness brought big changes into her life.
The example she shared was when she was training for a heavy half marathon. She manifested her worries into reality. Which ended up being a huge life lesson for her.
Now that she has this newfound awareness she has been able to move her worry into curiosity. What a gift.
