Thomas Malchow Interview was Amazing

I heard about this podcast when I heard that Thomas Malchow with Trainfuly was going to be on it. Wow! This is the most in depth, and relatable, conversations I have ever heard on not just back pain, but how we really need to heal our bodies, build up not just strength, but also capacity, and improve coordination. I have subscribed and look forward to future shows with more great guests.
