As we continue to celebrate Women's History Month, this week's episode features Britney Robbins, founder and CEO of The Gray Matter Experience. After several years working in the field of Venture Capital, Britney was inspired to bring these concepts to the community of Black and Brown youth in Chicago. The Gray Matter Experience is celebrating its 5th year in existence and the hundreds of lives they have impacted. Through targeted programming, Britney teaches students how to build their ideas and make them a reality. Britney has been featured in Essence, Ebony and a number of other media outlets. She was also named 2nd on a list of the 26 most influential Chicagoans (right behind Chance The Rapper.) We thoroughly enjoyed hearing about Ms. Robbins inspiration to start Gray Matter and the incredible work she has done thus far.
