It can all too easy for us to say yes to, agree to, commit to, events or programs or appointments that are "interesting" or "pretty cool" to us, only to later find ourselves overwhelmed physically / emotionally / mentally / spiritually by these commitments. Further, when something really cool comes along, a "Hell Yeah!" event, the previous B-level commitments make no room for the A-level activity you really want to do. Make friends with "No" - it is a complete sentence. Consciously commit to playing more defense from the influx of external offers and you will be rewarded with more intentional time in your personal account to offer to the "Hell Yeah" events that truly resonate with you.
