She has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colorado University, Boulder, and has graduated from the Clairvoyant Training program with the Inner Connection Institute. Today, Jennifer uses her experience and knowledge to promote Self-Centered Wellness, a philosophy of self-care that encourages people to come within to heal and find their wisdom, joy, authenticity and power. She is the CEO and co-founder of Jihi, a line of elevated essentials that support the journey of healing and wellness, helping the body and soul find balance and restoration from the inside out.
In today’s episode, Jennifer will share about her personal experiences with an eating disorder and how she made it through to recovery.
