Mom fatigue is real.  Our families and home demand so much of our time and energy and then, add work into the mix… you are one tired mom.  When fatigue sets in, we start to become irritable, and irrational, and if we push it too far, our bodies yell, “stop!” And we get sick.  When that pattern of exhaustion repeats itself, then depression begins and robs you and your family of hope and joy.  Life is not meant to be lived in a fog of exhaustion and despair.  We can make better choices and set ourselves up for success.  On today’s podcast, I’ll share a story of one of my all-time lows that lead me to make a lasting decision to prioritize rest and balance in my life.  Joining us for today’s conversation, are my friends Michelle Acromi and Rachel Wilson.  Two wonderful moms who exemplify balance, despite the demands of large families and other responsibilities.  Keep watching as we discover… Rest for the Tired Mom.
