What's the first thing you check when you wake up? For most of us, it's probably the same thing that's actually waking us up! See the issue here? we rely so heavily on our cell phones and technology in general, what would we do without it? Try to take some time to live in the moment and embrace those awkward silences in the elevators or lobbies. Get to know someone, simply interact with other human beings. It will go a long way!
