In this episode, Adam is joined by Bimbo Ubermensch aka SANDRA and host of the Pleasure Helmet podcast Ilydivna aka Dana to talk about two recent pop culture spectacles equally flawed and fascinating. We are talking about Kanye West's 'DONDA' and the release parties that Kanye threw to celebrate its publication, as well as Leos Carax's new English language Sparks-soundtracked, Adam Driver-starring avant-musical film 'Annette'. While both art works are wildly imperfect, there is something about the spectacle around the art works themselves that creates a Debordian situationist spectacle that demands attention with outré ideas. This is something to be celebrated. We also shit talk the middle class, which is the worst class.
