‘Rising work stress and mental issues’ has been nominated by the CSIRO (plus equivalent North America stats) as a mega risk for the next 20 years - even before the pandemic began. Research by The Black Dog Institute found that 73% of Australians felt a decline in mental health during the pandemic. An increasing number of Executive Leadership Teams now have mental health and resilience on their agenda.
We want to provide inspiration and practical tips for leaders who believe that future success requires equal emphasis on growth and employee mental health. We will unpick how caring leaders build a caring and mentally healthy culture. It will be long on examples that have work and short on unhelpful theory.
