Dr Anthony Howard literally wrote the book on Human-Centred Leadership, after traveling the world to interview leaders to determine what is needed to become an influential and empathetic leader.
At 17 Anthony joined the merchant navy, and it was here that he unwittingly found himself acting as a confidant to other men on the ship. Men who found that they could talk with him that they couldn't talk about with anyone else. This then ultimately led him to founding The Confidere Group, consisting of a team of former Chief Executives who act as independent sounding boards to current Chief Executives. He is known widely known as "The CEO Whisperer". He has also recently completed a PhD in leadership, where his research examined new models of human-centred leadership, and founded The Socratic Leader Acadamy.
