Liquidity in real estate investment means easier access. You can get in and out of something quick as opposed to being locked up for a long period of time. Fairly quickly typically means 12 months or less. The benefit with being liquid is you have easier access to get the money back out and while it's lower interest rates, it's better than letting your money sit around doing nothing.

We are doing different types of funds in order to allow investors to invest in our opportunities. So every time we do an apartment building, we're creating an LLC. That LLC is the fund that people who invest in it are going to be company shareholders or owners, if you will, of that LLC that owns the property.
Then we have debt funds. Debt funds are meant to invest and get a rate of return, based on how much you're investing. Then that debt fund loans money for purchasing properties. In our case, our properties, where we keep a lot of this in house, at least for now.
Now the liquidity fund is another fund where you invest money. That one is meant to give you a rate of return, because we're going to be investing in short term, things like transactional funding or gap funding that's usually 30 days or less. It's going to allow you to get a lower interest rate of return in exchange for easier access toy uor funds.
