We recently sent out our newsletter and shared information about our distributions. First, we were thrilled that our debt fund generated its first distribution! We are also refinancing our 48 unit project and selling eight unit of the total which generated a distribution. We and our twelve investors that are part of our 384 unit property in Daytona Beach are about to receive their second distribution this month. Finally, fourteen of the investors that are part of our 129 unit project in Ridgeland had just received their first distribution that week!
