In this episode we're talking about personality type C, otherwise known as the Value Investor. This personality type usually comprises introverts interested in details, which separates them from the rest of the types. They could turn heaven and hell, upside down or inside out to find a fact they are interested in before taking it to pieces in order to restart the process. They do not take things at face value and are interested in finding out exactly how things work. They think very systematically and analytically and make decisions based on research and information backing them up. Highly sensitive, they're also known for other character traits like being deep and thoughtful. These people tend to shirk from social or human interaction.

It sounds like some people we know and work with. These are the type of people we want to have on our team. They balance out the other people who don’t have that fascination with detail. Everyone has unique strengths that fit their position like on a football team. You got the wide receiver. The wide receivers are usually the tall, skinny, athletic fast guys. Then you got the offensive line. Those are typically the big guys, the beefy guys. The beefy guys can't do what the receiver guys do. The receiver guys can't do what the beefy guys do. Our percentages for type C would be Flip at 20 to 40% while Dani gets 0 again. The idea here is to listen to the personality type and judge for yourself how much it applies to you.
