Part of what makes the hero's journey in storytelling so memorable are the characters that sometimes help make them heroic. And in many cases, for every great hero, there is an equally evil villain. So this week, we're going to look at our Top Ten Disney Villains, including those from the Marvel and Star Wars universes. We will explore, in-depth, what makes a good (or bad) villain, story arc, motivation, sympathies, relationships, and what else makes up and drives their character. We'll also discuss Walt Disney, the evolution of the Disney villain, some "non-traditional" villains, who is on our lists, and why. Of course, I'll want to hear from you and your best (or worst) Disney villain as well.
