Leicester City have finally wrapped up the Premier League and we've seldom seen the country unite over one team like it. The #VardyParty became a reality and although we may not have got an invite to the real thing, we dish out some invitations of our own. As the season charges towards the final day, a number of teams have already secured promotion - but so often the thing that lets newly promoted sides down is a lack of depth in the squad. We play deity and give them the gift of a player past. There's still promotion places to play for, and relegation places to avoid, however, so we thought it'd be fun to play snakes and ladders; who will climb up the leagues and who'll slide down a league via a slippery snake?
