#642: The mindset of a legend - Brendan Foster debunked‪!‬ The InnerFight Podcast

    • Health & Fitness

Brendan Foster CBE (born 12 January 1948)[1] is a British former long-distance runner who founded the Great North Run. He won the bronze medal in the 10,000 metres at the 1976 Summer Olympics, and the gold medal in the 5,000 metres at the 1974 European Championships and the 10,000 metres at the 1978 Commonwealth Games.

The man is a legend and he is also on of our coaches (Rob Foster) Uncle so Rob managed to get him on a talk for our Endurance team. I loved pretty much every second of his talk and as I was listening back to it thought it would be fun to debunk his mindset so thats what I have done.

Hope you enjoy the show.
