Stress affects us all at one time or another. The thing is, some people experience it all the time while others can bat it away if they don't want it, or use it if it's useful to them... like when they need to hit a deadline.
So actually, what is more helpful is to achieve balance with stress rather than eliminate the stress experience completely. However, the first stop on this journey is reducing the number of things that create the stress response in you and that's what I talk about in today's show.
