Irishman Running Abroad with Sonia O'Sullivan: “Motivating Yourself When You Just Don't Feel Like Running‪"‬ An Irishman Abroad

    • Personal Journals

Lockdown malaise can kill a run before it happens. Sonia chats to Jarlath about motivating ourselves when it feels like we can’t get out the door. Trying to encourage your friends, family or kids to join you on a run can seem like an impossible task. Jarlath asks Sonia if there’s an easier way to get your child interested in exercise. For the first time we hear about her challenges motivating both of her daughters. We also get some timely advice on running hills and admission from Sonia on the difficulty she has with our latest Strava event.
