Introduction of one of the big bads of the season - The Longbow Hunters Really two references in 1 First - The seminal Mike Grell Graphic Novel “The” Longbow Hunters a three-issue prestige format comic book miniseries published in 1987 by DC Comics. Written and drawn by Mike Grell, it stars the character Green Arrow Second, the Jeff Lemire New 52 run: The Longbow Hunters first appeared in Green Arrow Vol. 5 #31 and were created by Jeff Lemire. where they surround John Diggle following an ambush where they were assisted by Clock King who double-crossed Diggle.
