On this episode I interview a fellow San Diego Freediver.

Fun Fact: Arno is the husband of the midwife that helped birth our first boy Aaron and literally caught our second boy Julian. I had no idea until the day I returned a speargun Arno lent me. His wife was standing on his lawn. It’s funny that I met them each in totally different parts of my life and I got a kick out of that connection. Small world.
