He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University in 1988, his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1991, and joined Partnerships for Dentists in 2018 as Chief Clinical Officer, after a disabling car wreck fractured his neck.
