When thinking about the habits that have the biggest ROI, focus on the four, core quadrants of well-being: Mind, Body, Social, and Spiritual. 
Mind habits include meditation, reading, thinking, etc. Body habits examples include drinking water, eating healthy, and exercise. Spiritual habits are subjective and can include church, meditation, or even the ocean. Social habits can include reaching out to people important to us.
