"This episode is brought to you by Podhero, the easiest way to support your favorite podcasts. Did you know that only 1% of the biggest podcasts make money? It's true. The other 99% rely on support from listeners like you. With Podhero, you can support all of your favorite podcasts with one $4.99/mo membership. Just click the link in the show notes, tell Podhero your favorite podcasts (don't forget this one), and your contribution gets shared between shows at the end of the month. Podhero works with almost all podcasts, there's a 0% platform fee (we don't take a cut), there are no contracts, and you can try it free for 30 days."

Before we start, I need your help.

My guest today is someone I have been working to get onto the show for two years. He is a hard man to get a sit down with because he is so busy with his purpose in life. Plus he is rubbing elbows with the Royal Family.
Mark Williams is a Keynote Speaker, Author, and International Campaigner. He founded International Fathers Mental Health Day and the #HowAreYouDad Campaign to help ensure that all parents and families are supported throughout the perinatal period.

Mark has spoken on television and radio stations around the world.  Working alongside Dr. Jane Hanley, he has published articles on Fathers (Paternal) Mental Health.

In 2012, Mark was awarded “Inspirational Father of the year” and “Local Hero” at the Pride of Britain Awards.  On World Mental Health Day in 2016, Mark was invited to meet The Royal Family and in 2019 he was awarded the Point Of Light Award by the Prime Minister.

Mark is also an Ambassador for Mother's for Mother's Charity.

Mark and I really go into the weeds of mental health. We talk about his struggles while his son was being born.
