With over 15 years’ experience working in Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, and Coaching, Louise is a living example of taking brave, bold, and fearless action to align passion with skill. Now running her own Empowerment Coaching practice, she helps high-achieving women to be unstoppable both personally and professionally. Applying a C.P.R (Connect, Prepare, Respond ) approach to resituating relationships, careers, and lives, Louise uniquely combines inspiration with connection and action. The result? A fulfilling, balanced, joyful, purposeful life. A transformed life. Louise’s programs are for high-achieving women who desire more from their relationships, career, and life and these women are ready to make it happen. Louise’s big idea is that with clarity, confidence, commitment & connection women can and do go on to do amazing things and has seen clients go from burned out and lost to unstoppable. Prior to founding her own business, Louise received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo, a diploma in Wellness & Lifestyle Management, and various certifications in coaching, facilitation and personality assessment tools. In addition, Louise brings broad industry experience having worked in a variety of sectors - utilities, aviation, pharmaceuticals, and high tech. Finally, she is an expert in her field as an HR leader, coach and facilitator. She has unique specialties in training & facilitation, leadership development and coaching, employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and in building high-performance teams.
