Fantastic

Wow. What an fabulous new resource. I've attended several coffees by Dr. Courtney Hawkins and am always blown away. She's that good.
Great 25 minute discussion between Pat Reidy and Courtney. Some good suggestions for being fully present with our kids, those dreaded smartphones and the importance of loving our teens for who they are, not what they are producing.

When we joined JSerra last fall, they talked about the importance of family dinners. Schedules get busy, but we faithfully have breakfast every weekend as a family. We enjoy sitting around the table talking and laughing. Super way to start the week.
