Good, good stuff

I really enjoy this podcast and get a lot out of it. Not only do I think of Ray as one of the best minds our hobby has, but I even really enjoy when he rambles, gets off topic, or gives life advice. Great podcast. The varying episode lengths are great for me because I don’t always have time to focus on 40+ minutes of audio, so those 18 minute episodes are much appreciated.

A new player in the game!

The world of indie RPGs is small. Don’t believe me? People often know ILLUSTRATORS by first name. Likewise, the fan community of content creators is also small, sometimes endearingly so. Everyone is there because they want to be, and it shows.

If you’ve never heard of Ray Otus or Plundergrounds, go to jellysaw.com and check out his zine. It’s brilliant. What you’re witnessing on this podcast is a master painter trying his hand at sculpture. It’s quick and dirty, but the content is super solid. Ray Otus sitting down and laying out what’s buzzing around his head gaming-wise? Hell yes I’ll listen to that. And you should too! Supporting little endeavors like this is a win-win for the fan community.
