Continuously Liberating My Mind

This podcast is life-changing. I am recovering from a recent struggle with depression and severe anxiety, and was looking for podcasts that would help me keep the lessons I learned in therapy fresh on my mind. A lot of layers are being pulled away, and a gentler, more loving person is emerging—who has always been here but hidden by fear and numbness. Thank you for all you do.

I just listened to the "You're Doing It Wrong" episode and I absolutely loved it!! I really enjoyed hearing Bethany and Maggie talk about their new book. This episode was focused on motherhood, social media, and ways to combat the messages of "you're doing it wrong" that mothers are bombarded with daily. Listening to this episode has given me an insight into what motherhood really is and I can't wait to listen to more episodes from this great podcast!

You're Doing It Right!

It was such an honor to be invited on Psychologists Off The Clock to discuss our work You're Doing It Wrong! Mothering, Media and Medical Expertise (Johnson & Quinlan! This is such a great tool to make academic work accessible to the community. I could have talked with Dr. Yael Schonbrun for hours. The hosts have immediate chemistry with all their guests. I look forward to sharing these podcasts with students in my health courses.
