Goes deeper into wellbeing than most

I love that this podcast goes so deep into what goes into your state of wellbeing. It’s so much more than eating healthy or exercising. It’s about working through traumas, allowing your brain and body to slow down, and a more holistic perspective overall. A great, informative listen!

There are so many podcasts available that seem to offer information but are really just a pitch. I love the authenticity of these two women and how they speak from their hearts as well as interviewing really interesting guests about subjects that we should all know about in order to be fully realized humans.
