Join your hosts Mary Jo (Pines) and Kellie (Pluto) as they chronicle the evolution of the mice across the four shows they starred in; Animaniacs (1993), Pinky and The Brain (1995), Pinky, Elmyra, and The Brain (1998), and the Animaniacs Reboot (2020). They'll review each episode and discuss their favorite character moments, jokes, and pop-cultural references in addition to providing some trivia.     Poitcast has reached its 50th episode! To commemorate this special milestone, join Mary Jo (Pines) and Kellie (Pluto) as they discuss the last three Pinky and The Brain segments from season three of the Animaniacs reboot; "How The Brain Thieved Christmas" (Parts One and Two) and "International Mouse of Mystery".

    The reboot's Christmas episode focuses on Brain's attempt to thieve Christmas by way of mass-producing toys made in Pinky's image. The final episode of the reboot features a cold open involving the mice creating their own James Bond movie.

    In this special episode, Mary Jo (Pines) and Kellie (Pluto) are joined by Joey, Nathan, and Kelly of The Animanicast to discuss the ninth episode of the Pinky and The Brain spin-off, Snowball! Brain's plan for domination is stolen by his childhood best friend-turned-enemy Snowball the Hamster, who makes his glorious debut. While the megalomaniacal rodents engage in a battle of wits, Snowball tries to manipulate Pinky into turning against Brain. But after Snowball conquers the world and separates the mice, Brain decides to save his world and rescue Pinky from the hamster's clutches.

    Also featured in this review are lengthy discussions about the state of Arizona, Gumby as a pop culture icon, and that strange scene transition from North By Northwest.

It’s pretty great!

I only discovered this podcast few days a ago, thanks to a stray tumblr post I saw and so far I am enjoying it, it fun to listen to guys talk about mice for almost a hour! and listening to this podcast gave me new fanfics to read, currently on the one with pinky and the brain with Hunchback loving it so far as well. I can’t wait to listen to all the episodes, thank you for making such a great podcast!
