Your team is people working directly with you, whether on a daily or weekly basis. They know your mission and core values and take tasks off your hands. Your team may include a virtual assistant, online business manager, web designer, copywriter, photographer, accountant, etc. After having your foundation set, things get sticky when it comes to having the confidence and mindset to expand that business.
