Other times, we want to make other people comfortable so we can be comfortable. This people-pleasing tendency often shows up in both our businesses and relationships.
Once we realize we’re engaging in people-pleasing behaviors, we have to accept the struggle, be patient with ourselves and grant ourselves grace.
