PUFC: S3E10 - FOZZIE'S DONG FEAT. CHRIS BRAATEN (I LIKE TO LIKE THINGS)

Welcome to a brand new episode of the Pop Up Film Cast!
It's our first official episode of the decade and we are setting the bar higher than we probably should. Chris Braaten from I Like To Like Things (...?) joins us to cast a spell, swing some swords and... well something to do with Fozzie's Dong. In other words classic PUFC material.
The Pop Up Film Cast is a show where, Derek, myself and an esteemed guest dive head first into the mysteriousbottomless box of movies that was left on my doorstep in order to fabricate fictitious film festivals and movie marathons. Each episode we will review a handful of very unique cinematic offerings, tied into a randomly selected genre or sometimes not so randomly selected theme. In the end we set a festival lineup, select a festival name and a pair up some proper eats to truly enjoy the films.
    Show notes:
    Guest: Christ Braaten
    Genre/Theme: Sword/Sorcery
Movies: Strand's Breed, Mask Of The Kingmaker, Honey & Sword

PUFC PRESENTS: 2019 EPISODE OF THE YEAR - THE STINKWATER TRILOGY (FEAT. PODCAST DISCOVERY)

Welcome to a sort of brand new episode of the Pop Up Film Cast!
As we close out the year, we felt it only right to replay our favorite episode of 2019. So many options, only 1 day to post.
In the end we chose The Stinkwater Trilogy episode with Kirk and Zach from Podcast Discovery.
    A) It was the first time we covered a trilogy. B) the PDS boys killed it making it very easy for Derek and Keith to do their thing.
Thanks to all the guests in 2019. We will have as many of you on again in 2020 and hopefully a crop of newbies as well.

Customer Reviews

Big Brother B ,

Didn’t realize it was improv at first.

Felt like a moron when I looked up the movies on IMDB and couldn’t find them. Imagine the look on my face when it dawned on me that these legit geniuses made up these movies in the fly. True TRUE entertainment. Don’t miss out on these guys.

Mafia live = good ,

There is only one of these...

There are several improv comedy podcasts out there and a massive number of movie podcasts as well. But there is only one that combines the two. Keith and Derek are great individually and as a duo. This show is unique, creative, funny, therefore a must listen.

TA_Account ,

Funny film antics!

Combining improv and film ideas? Yes please! This show is understated, so much so you may not realize why you’re cracking up! Great hosts, guests and a unique discussion - you never know where the conversation will go! Can we write some of these into actual films??
Keep up the creativity!
Love from @2girlsonabench
