Well no one told us the podcast was gonna be this way - two sitcoms in a row! Our job's a review of jokes, love lives that weren't D.O.A. and how these six characters have been there for you (and apparently millions more around the world). Join David, Miles and James as we discuss the newly released FRIENDS Reunion and the show's enduring legacy and themes.

    Srubs

    Srubs

Listen up newbie, our episode on Scrubs may be the best that ever came through this dump. Miles was the first and only podcaster James and David ever met who loved this show as much as they do. And you can forget about this show being just an exceptional "sitcom". Fact of the matter is, it's an exceptional treatise on life under the sun, period. That's why people gravitated toward it, and that's why we review it. Theology-Five!

One of my Favorite Podcasts

I love Popcorn Theology. These guy really pull back the layers of the entertainment that we all consume. They thoughtfully engage any genre and show how each story relates to the greatest Storyteller of all. Personally I’ve had great joy by following their lead. They’ve helped me grow in appreciation for my faith and for movies in general.

Take a listen and you may never view entertainment the same way again.

Manage Expectations

I dived into this podcast expecting it to be one that explored the various theologies in films. What it actually is seems to be a podcast that picks films apart to see how their theologies align or misalign with Christianity. Nothing wrong with that per se, but not what I was looking for.

What a Pod to Cast!

Hey y’all! Need to show some love from the south! I’ve followed y’all for a really long time... from listening to James H. do his film & theology screenings... to the intro from those sort of making its way to this show which I found some strange way... then listened over time until everyone came together. Think y’all make a perfect team for doing this thing! (So... I would love to hear the entire backstory in one place of how the podcast developed into its present form.) love the show! Y’all keep it up!
