There is nothing quite as sad as a caged mind. A mind that has no idea there was never a cage to begin with. The cage is actually our own restrictions and limitations. For whatever reason we have accepted the labels society has given us, we have allowed others to dictate how high our ceilings go. We have replaced the mission of finding our purpose with doubting if we have one in the first place. If you are tired of the nonsense this podcast is for you, regardless of your race, religion, gender, hair color, or anything else. This podcast is for the outliers, leaders, and those who want to make a positive change on this crazy planet we call Earth. It’s also for those of you who have no idea what the hell they want at all. You are all welcome to step into my craziness, and hear not only my stories, but also other people that are doing some cool things on this planet. Check it out you wont be disappointed, oh and if you are, two tears and a bucket. ☺

Cornell is such a warm, insightful, and gifted storyteller!

He has this podcast and a new one that’s great too. He is full of warmth and wisdom and is one of the most authentic podcast hosts I’ve come across. He is candid about his own growth and he truly cares about helping people live life as their best selves. Cornell is a generous spirit who emanates supportive love. I’m a big fan!

What a great human being !

I met Cornell sometime last year at a film festival that he was apart of. Instantly I was drawn to his bright and positive disposition. We talked here and there via Instagram and I decided I wanted him to coach me. It was a bit of a rough time in my life. I had not shared with him all of my fears and doubts however I shared enough to where he was able to feel I needed some guiding in certain areas. I like to compare his sessions as a feeling of being on a thrill ride... I say this because when I spoke with him about life, my goals, my wishes and dreams, he gave me a sense of hope and got me pumped about the future. He is a gifted, awesome and an amazing person!

Finding your purpose...

Cornell says it took him 30 years to find his purpose. He beat me by 15 years. Grateful it happened eventually. One thing Cornell reaffirms, and has been my experience, is that growth takes work. I had many epiphanies over the years that were NOT followed by actions. And nothing happened. Hit the gym. Physically, Mentally, and Spiritually. Thanks Cornell for always inspiring.
