Portland + pizza in one place— woohoo!

Portland + Pizza. Two of my favorite things to talk about! I love how host Tommy Habetz, a Portland pizza maker himself, does a deep delve into this niche part of our food culture. He has a lot of insight and perspective. It’s fun to sit at the table listening to the stories behind the places I love to eat and the people who run the show. I also love that he asks so many questions about each pizza maker’s various processes. Pizza is so many different things and Portland seems to represent all of them. Thank you, Tommy!
