In the latest episode of our “Positive Rate” podcast, which was recorded before last week's special Board of Directors meeting, hosts CA Sander Mertz and FO Tami McBride talk to the Hotel Committee's FO Andrew Zahn and FO Carmen Thompson about American Airlines' new hotel at Skyview 6, the differences between a Hotel Debrief and the Hotel Survey on the APA Mobile app, and why using BizHero is never a good idea.
As FO Zahn mentioned in the episode, any pilot in long-course training can opt out of the Skyview hotel by calling the AA Service Center at 682-278-9339 or 682-278-9355. The same goes for pilots who want to be moved to the Skyview hotel.
