These guys do a good job and it’s a must-listen for ‘Cats fans.

A couple of tips for the hosts given in the spirit of improvement:
1) Listen back to the podcast regularly-transitions could be smoother and eliminate phrases like “what do you think...” or simply repeating the prior hosts thoughts. No need to be overly formal with the format—comfort will come with more reps.
2) Seek to eliminate conjecture or simply imparting conventional wisdom to the audience. Example: one episode seemed to allude a transfer-eligible player who chose a different school. Listening to the podcast, the audience would assume this was a “loss” for the program; however, the player in question was not actually being recruited for reasons that are fairly public, with a bit of research.
3) Above all, the audience wants to hear your unique perspectives—don’t be afraid to get weird or go to places that other podcasts won’t. Evolve.
4) Reduce gaps in between episodes, which kills momentum and undermines the ability for the audience to connect with the hosts. Hopefully the new team can podcast more regularly.

One idea would be to do a unit by unit breakdown of the ‘Cats and explain how NU football/basketball/others sports are successful on a recurring, development, and technical level. Most podcasts and forums allude to the above but don’t really provide detailed explanations as to “why.”

us diehard NU fans sometimes feel alone but this podcast helps dispel that notion! this is really well produced and hosted, especially coming from college students. especially with LTP no longer publishing, we need more outlets like this!
