Todd talks with Mario Dattilo about how he invests for the long term with manufactured home communities and self-storage units. Mario Dattilo was born in Minnesota and currently resides in Florida. He has over 14 years of real estate investment experience. He was previously a managing partner of a real estate brokerage and currently holds a real estate broker license in the state of Florida. His investment career began in rehabbing/flipping single family homes which lasted 8 years until his company transitioned into investing in institutional grade manufactured home communities and self-storage in 2015. The company’s portfolio owns and operates assets in four states. Mario is a co-founder and has co-managed Real Estate Acquisitions USA Corp’s residential, mobile home park, and self-storage real estate portfolios since inception.
