Dr. Vasu Kakarlapudi was born in India and raised in Kansas City. He graduated top of his class with numerous medical school honors and earned his MBA in Entrepreneurship at the University of Louisville. His passion for medicine and meticulous surgery led him to train as an Ear, Nose, Throat, Head and Neck Surgeon at the University of Maryland. That same passion has also carried over into his real estate investing journey. He founded Apta Properties - where the mission is to extend those passive income opportunities to surgeons and physicians who are looking to create more personal freedom.
