What’s not to love

Kristy jo is excellent at what she does. She knows the body so well. She is practical and simple. Her strategies are based upon principle not opinion. Truth is truth no matter where you find it and THIS is it. She is darling and has a beautiful heart. What’s not to love!

Love this podcast!

Years ago my husband and I started living the Power Foods Lifestyle. It has been a game changer for our daily lives. I have listened to many of Kristy’s podcasts, they are a great motivation. When I have found myself in a rut and not where I want to be with my nutrition, exercise or over all health I will come and listen; these podcasts always give me the boost I need to get back on track.
