I am so impressed with this podcast! Anita and Jarrod have taken this complicated subject: whole food plant based living, and have broken it down into bite sized 🤣 pieces that are easily understood! I was so overwhelmed when I first started, but their steps are so easy to follow! No more overwhelm!!! I love this way of eating and these podcasts walk me thru every question I have had.
