Great advice if you struggle with self doubt
Today’s episode about believing in yourself and knowing your worth was spot on. I made a mistake today on a contract and was crying, beating myself up for being such a failure. Then I decided to separate from the outcome and realize I was giving 110% of myself in all areas of this transaction and if I messed up in one area it’s not the worst that could happen. I decided to show myself the grace I would show others. Chastens advice about believing in yourself and abilities spoke to my heart today.
