I like to think of them as tiny little billboards of the internet - your opportunity to give a one or two liner and let people know who you are and what you do in this world.

You have to let people know what you doYou need to talk about who you serveYou have to tell people how you can solve a problem they are currently facingYou need to pull all these pieces together in one cohesive sentenceThe goal here is for your future customers to see themselves in your bio, meaning you do what they need, and they fit the profile for who you do it for!
And remember, you do not have a lot of space, so making the most impact with the fewest words is really key.
