Get used to ranking your tasks that you want to do each and every day on a daily basis.
Focus on just one thing at a time. Eliminate all of the distractions and just focus on that one thing until it's complete.
Look for the leverage points. Look for the tasks which if you just do that one thing, it might eliminate the need to do something else.
