There are so many simple things that you can do to lessen those feelings of stress. And today, you're going to learn not only why you're so stressed, but what you can do about it.
Are you respecting the fundamentals? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you eating properly? Are you getting enough exercise?
Are you flying blind? Maybe you don't have a plan. You don't have clear goals for the quarter, for the month, for the week.
Are you doing things that are meaningful for you? Doing something that actually isn't truly meaningful for you can create a lot of stress.
If you're feeling stress, it could simply be because you're doing too many things and not the right things.
