In recent months we’ve seen way too many businesses that we know and love struggle to stay open. Not because they don’t offer amazing products and services, but because of barriers like predatory leases, hidden property costs, big developers, unreasonable rent increases, etc.

This isn’t just about one business navigating hardship. This impacts entire communities. Neighborhoods are left without green spaces, safe places, and opportunities to circulate dollars throughout their communities.
