We are OFFICIALLY in the holiday season. For some people, it the most wonderful time of the year! For others...it's yet ANOTHER reminder of the pain and struggles of the season.
Grief is HARD already, but add to it a time of year that's LITERALLY built to celebrate and be around family, and it could be a recipe for disaster. No matter if you're grieving a loved one, a job, a relationship, friendship, or something else, preparing for the holidays AHEAD of time can help you in more ways than one.
